Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 17th 2026
Website: vanityvisions.com

Vanity Visions (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides creative, marketing, web, photography, and videography services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be provided. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.

1. General Policy

All payments made to Vanity Visions are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.

Fees cover professional time, creative work, project management, and administrative costs.

Deposits and upfront payments are generally non-refundable, as work begins immediately upon receipt.

2. Deposits

A deposit may be required before project commencement (usually 50% of the total project fee).

Deposits secure project scheduling and initiate planning, creative work, or production.

Deposits are non-refundable unless Vanity Visions cancels the project for any reason.

3. Project Milestones & Payments

For larger projects, payments may be divided into milestones (e.g., concept approval, mid-project delivery, final delivery).

Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable, even if the client chooses to terminate the project afterward.

Clients are responsible for all payments due for work completed up to the point of termination.

4. Cancellations

By Vanity Visions:

We may cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, resource availability, or legal reasons.

In such cases, any unused funds or payments for uncommenced work may be refunded at our discretion.

By Client:

If a client cancels a project after work has commenced, Vanity Visions is not obligated to issue refunds for work performed, including deposits and milestone payments.

Any expenses incurred on behalf of the client (stock media, hosting fees, subcontractors) are the client’s responsibility and non-refundable.

5. Revisions & Client Requests

Standard revisions are included only as outlined in the project agreement.

Additional revisions or major changes requested by the client outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

Refunds are not issued due to dissatisfaction with subjective preferences or style changes requested after project delivery.

6. Digital Deliverables

Final digital deliverables (website files, images, videos, marketing assets) are released only after full payment.

Clients are granted a license to use final deliverables; refunds will not be issued once assets have been delivered or used.

Requests for partial refunds due to technical or subjective dissatisfaction are evaluated case by case, but are generally not granted.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered at the discretion of Vanity Visions in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Failure of Vanity Visions to deliver the agreed-upon work due to negligence.

  • Project cancellations initiated solely by Vanity Visions prior to any work commencing.

  • Any such refund is limited to payments received for work not yet performed, excluding deposits, expenses, or third-party costs.

8. Payment Disputes

Clients should contact us immediately for any concerns about payments or services.

All disputes are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Vanity Visions reserves the right to deny refund requests that are outside the scope of this Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Vanity Visions’ liability in connection with refunds is limited strictly to amounts paid for work not performed.

We are not responsible for any consequential or indirect losses resulting from canceled or terminated projects.

10. Agreement to Refund Policy

By engaging Vanity Visions for services, the client agrees to this Refund Policy, understands the non-refundable nature of deposits and milestone payments, and acknowledges that refunds are granted only in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Vanity Visions.
